- Bring your billing figures if you have them. Rough numbers are fine. They make the conversation concrete.
- Say if you are behind. It changes nothing about the welcome and it makes the quote accurate.
- Ask the awkward questions. Whether incorporating is worth it, whether your current setup is right, whether you are overpaying. That is the point of the call.
- Nothing is signed on the call. You get the scope in writing and take your time with it.
